Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HeyPass, a digital business card platform operated by Innovigo. By using HeyPass, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
What HeyPass Is
HeyPass is a digital business card platform that allows you to:
- Create digital business cards with your contact information
- Distribute cards via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
- Track how your cards are being used
- Manage team members and company branding
Your Account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Be at least 16 years old
- Use only one account per person
Company Accounts
HeyPass supports company accounts with multiple users:
- Admins can manage users, designs, and company settings
- Members can create and manage their own cards
Company admins are responsible for the accounts they invite to their company.
What You Can Do
- Create and edit your digital business cards
- Share your cards via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
- View analytics on your card usage
- Customize your card design (within your company's brand)
- Invite team members (if you're an admin)
What You Cannot Do
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or create fake identities
- Upload malicious content or files
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer or copy our platform
- Send spam or unsolicited communications via our service
- Interfere with the operation of our service
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you add to HeyPass (contact information, images, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to display your content in digital passes and within the HeyPass platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, including company logos and images.
Third-Party Services
HeyPass integrates with third-party services that have their own terms:
- Apple Wallet - Subject to Apple's terms of service
- Google Wallet - Subject to Google's terms of service
- Google Sign-In - Subject to Google's privacy policy
By using these integrations, you agree to comply with their respective terms.
Service Availability
We strive to keep HeyPass available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance or experience outages. We are not liable for any downtime.
Limitation of Liability
HeyPass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures
Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. Your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for other reasons at our discretion. We will provide notice when possible.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
